Title: Downloads Section

There seems to be a problem with the downloads section that is only effecting the PSPUAE downloads, all other downloads are working fine.

All site problems have been fixed and site is now fully updated. Only a few things left to do (which do not effect the forum operation), but I can sort them when needed.
