I have been working on this for the last week, with help from skateblind. I was going to dump the Game Compatability DataBase, but skate wanted to write reviews for games.
So the Game Compatabilty DataBase Reviewer is born, It will tell you what settings to use in PSPUAE to get the game working, it will also have a review for each game (as and when they are added).
Theres still some work left to do on it, but its ready for sharing with you.
As before only Registered Users have access to it.
