Title: PSPUAE Game Compatability Chart
Post by: FOL on July 18, 2006, 12:26:57 PM
I have created a Compatability Chart, that will list the configs for PSPUAE to get adf`s running.

Click add to database, enter all the Details in and it will be added to the list, as so others can search for the config for a perticular game.

To search, just select from the drop down and click search.

Its V0.1, so post your ideas / improvements etc etc.

is it possible for us admin to edit entries once they are in?

only i was putting in Bloodwych and put it in straight after finding the ADF name.... there's no settings for it!

Maybe you can add a comments box for additional info such as possible settings for the in-game options.  Games such as Indy 500 have 3 different gfx settings which people might not realise and it can help with the frame rate.

Got my modem working, stupid cable tv keeps knocking my modem out, :(. Now the server for this site, are being stupid, all there support is down, cant contact them at all, so this will have to wait, yet again. If it were just a case of not being able to access anything, id say fair enough, but I can access my sites fine, just not the FTP or Site control , this sucks, :(

Changed name, its name PSPUAE Game Compatability DataBase. Anyways, its now complete, just need to improve the admin side. If you make a mistake, it tough, you have to contact an admin to sort it for you.

i just went to add a game to the compatability list and all it came up with is this

Click here to Return to Search Page
Name  [                          ]
No. Of Disks  [          ]

why's it all gone nuts, it was working yesterday because i managed to add the champ manager italia settings (which have now dissapeared from there).

Firefox is obviously a supreme browser, as it knew, I had to edit to to add scroll bars for IE6.

I posted i had that left to do, plan is to add login for edit and delete. As I aint got time to find out where the session data is in SMF. Plus this way it will all be neat and tidy and not open another window (which I hate).

My boss is quite easy going, even though I got it easy where I am I know this trade is dead, just hanging on as I enjoy repairing Hifi`s, TV`s, DVD`s, etc etc.

Wish that was the case here, people in the UK, dont want things fixed, and they dont understand when we spend like 8 to 15 hours tracing grains of rice (SMD Resistors etc.) and using a manual, why there £35 DVD playing is (example) £50 to £100 repair. They think we wave a magic wand and hooray its fixed, lol.

Right, got hold of the latest source files and once I've typed up the Config info into something that looks vaguely like something I'll understand then I'll start to add stuff to the DB.

K, knock yourself out, but take your time, as mistake will need to be corrected by admins, had to do it this way, as giving control of Delete and update functions is scary.

I must be missing something here because I can not seem to find it.

I didnt see much point in keeping it (was not updated and people were just entering garbage into it), so i removed it from site.

Heres the link to it though.

Shame, it would have been a great referance as not all games work straight away. Maybe just have a select few people edit it and post it as read only if possible every now and then for people to check out.

Indeed its not being updated anymore, as states now have config files of their own. I was abit cryptic in my previous post as were you, lol.

EDIT:- Scratch that, im tired, lol, just re-read your post and now see it clearly, ;).
