Title: Site Issues Fixed & Stuff Added!!!

Hey, just to let you all know. Noticed the Custom profile options, were broken.

I have now fixed them, as they were displaying the wrong selections.
So now they are fixed, you might find your custom profile fields dont match up correctly. Simply, edit them in your profile page.

I thought that's what ya might have been doing.  I was registering and noticing some odd behavior with those profile options, and I settled for the 3.80M33 custom firmware bit before the 3.90M33 'magically' appeared :)

Aye, had to manually reconfigure the sql data.

Found another problem, affiliates had no access to downloads. This is now fixed.

Added a new forum group, PSP UAE4ALL DEV. Also added a new forum under help section, for PSP UAE4ALL, which john4p is now a mod of.

Also tidy'ed UAE4ALL section, now split posts into release and compatibility threads. So as to keep it all tidy, :).
