Ok.

I assume its the FW2 + Update install you have which requires the GTA ELoader exploit to work.

One of the other guys on the forum will hopefully help you with that query as I've never used it myself.

you'll need an old copy of GTA (released 2005) for it to work. you install this onto you ms-stick:

with either the eLoader auto-installer for Windows (http://files.fanjita.org/psp/eloader097.exe) or with the
eLoader ZIP archive (http://files.fanjita.org/psp/eloader097.zip)

put your homebrew in the usual location :\PSP\GAME\

load GTA and either the eLoader will auto-boot, or you can load the eLoader manually by loading it as if it were a normal GTA save game (it's easy to spot!)

if your GTA is a newer copy however, the eLoader is patched and wont work, telling you that the save-file is corrupt.

if it worked however, you'll be presented with a menu from which to load your homebrew! (at which point you downgrade your psp to 1.5 - lol)

As horace said, I believe the Patched GTA doesnt have the 18 rating on the spine.

hmmm, completely the wrong topic. It aint going to be a PSPUAE problem, if the game loads fine and works up until 3rd disc.

All i can sugguest is, try setting the CPU to 68010 and the Chipset to ECS. Also make sure memory is set to Chip 512kb and Bogo 512kb. Or you could try playing it in WinUAE, to confirm the ADF`s are fine.

Do you have the Drive speed set to "TURBO", if so then it could be that. Otherwise, wait for the next release as it is being updated with the latest E-UAE by Ric, which is what PSPUAE is based on.
