more good news!!!
« on: November 15, 2009, 09:49:10 PM »

Dear Friends:

More good news !!!
Some time ago...I copied the entire content of the amos PD cd into my PC hard drive.
Today I loaded amospro in amiga forever, and was able to access every amos PD disk.
It was amazing !!! I spent a long time loading amos intros and demos..and was very happy, some of the
demos were killer.
I found a nice utility on amos disk 83 called amos paint. Even though is very simple, is good enough
to make decent pics for use in Amos programs !!!
I immediately made a manga style pic, and was able to save and load. This is super !!!
It means I can make beautiful 2d pics to use in future amos porgrams.
Because I am using amospro in pc emulation...it means I can easily upload my new amos programs into the
internet so every amiga user can dl and play.
I even found a proggie that let's you load and play any sound sample.
Isn't this good news ?

Is this the same PD CD which is 600MB or so? I can't download at the moment because of my slow internet and usage limit. If there are any truly useful files on there, maybe someone could upload them seperately? I don't see the point in downloading 600MB worth of data just to use less than 10% of what is on there.

Maybe when I have a better connection, which will be soon hopefully, then I can have a look myself and upload the good stuff. :)

Welcome to emulation heaven Rednova.  8)
