I just stumbled across this Amiga emulator for S60 3rd & 5th Edition smartphones, I was just looking for some emulators for my new Sony Ericsson Satio phone.
http://my-symbian.com/s60v3/software/applications.php?fldAuto=674&faq=11I managed to hack the firmware on the satio, so I could try a few emu's out.
Although the Amiga emulator's obviously been designed for S60 V3 devices (with a keypad) its possible to get it running on S60V5 devices, even with a touchscreen like my satio, I managed to get a few games running.
I hope the project is ported over, with more support for S60V5 phones with touchscreen support.
The satio has a decent spec:
CPU: ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz, PowerVR SGX graphics
Display Type TFT touchscreen, 16M colors
Size 360 x 640 pixels, 3.5 inches
Internal 128 MB storage; 256 MB RAM
Card slot microSD, up to 32GB, 8GB included
Do you think its possible to get decent speeds out of that spec guys?
The reason I ask, well I tried out this mame emulator on the satio and its really good:
