Intel SDL optimized version of E-UAE (WIP 2008-01)
« on: February 15, 2008, 06:37:01 AM »
There is a WIP code capture available of E-UAE here
http://www.rcdrummond.net/uae/test/20080113/

Anybody could build an Intel SDL optimized version of it and upload it somewhere?
Cheers

The problem right now is that the the IPF Library Support isn't 100% implemented in this version. The PPC binary asks for the CAPS library even if you've installed it.

But I'm sure a new version will be out soon, and that a Universal Binary will be out on http://e-uae.de.vu/.

I agree but I am more interested in the SDL support of this version.
WIP4 had some major issues with opengl in Vsynch.
Would have been nice to give it a go.

"IPF ... isnt 100% implemented"

hows that? no writing? only i could live without IPF writing anyway, since i was completely unaware it could even be done until recently!

mostly i only want to install a few JST-HD, original HD install games, or play Wipe-Out anyway.
