The SNES had many more games that utilized 256 (in game) colors, whereas Amiga gmaes 64 color games dominated the actual gameplay. the SNES however had a underpowered CPU and many games took a framerate hit. Some games did look better, and play just as well. Desert Strike and Pinball Fantasies to name a couple. I would not have admitted to this back in the day when I owned an A1200, but then again I would not admit that the 3do blew away the CD32. There was games that was ported to Genesis and SNES that could not hold a candle to the Amiga, Sword of Sodan and Shadow of the Beast come to mind. I had high hopes for AGA but there was not that many games IMO that really took advantage of what the chipset had to offer before the Amigas downfall. I do play quite a few games on the PSP SNES Emu as it runs faster and the sound is spot on for the most part. I CAN"T WAIT until I can do the same with PSPUAE.
