SnesPSP_TYL is a great emulator. It's run at 100% speed in most games I've tried.
And although I'm an Amiga fan above all else, the SNES contained a lot of great titles, especially RPGs. I would even go as far as to say it was the best 16-bit platform for the genre if you take all releases across all regions because most of the US RPGs never reached Europe.
I would highly recommed:
Zelda: Link to the Past
All the SNES Final Fantasy releases. US releases plus the English translations of the Japanese only games in the series.
Earthbound
Tales of Phantasia
Chrono Trigger (possibly one of the greatest RPGs to date!)
Breath of Fire 1 and 2
Secret of Mana
Lufia 1 and 2
Front Mission
Ogre Battle
Romance of the Three Kingdoms II, III, IV
Harvest Moon
Super Mario World
Super Metroid
Super Mario Kart
Darius Twin
R-Type III
Donkey Kong Country
F-Zero
Mortal Kombat II (second SNES game included blood, unlike first)
Ninja Gaiden Trilogy
Pilot Wings
Prince of Persia (best version of the original)
Putty Squad (was actually released, unlike the Amiga version
)
Shadowrun
Smash Tennis (still the best tennis game to date!)
Super Bomberman 2 (4 games released on the SNES, 2nd is still my favourite)
StarFox (Starwing)
Streetfighter II Turbo
Super Star Wars
Super Empire Strikes Back
Super Return of the Jedi
Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts
Super Mario All Stars
Super R-Type
Yoshi's Island
Paper Mario
That list is getting quite long so I will stop there. Those are just my favourites I've played the most, and I missed out games that were also released on the Amiga such as Turrican 1 and 2.
