Thirsly, those are not hardfiles on www.whdownload.com - they are pre-installed WHDload packs.

Seems a bit pointless to me, I don't see why you would want all the version of swos, the 96/97 version is the best and from what I can tell has everything that the previous versions did. Maybe SS International would be alright, but it still has nothing new from the SWOS versions.

So are there any games left on that list that are sensible to make?

Seems like for Lemmings 2 I'll have to play it on ADF though. Since it's a WHDLoad regitstered edition only state.

Lemmings 2 does not require registration to play.

there is simply a delay between the intro and the game, as they work from seperate slaves. (which actually saves us some memory too) - this is why the RISS has the screen regarding "limited functionality" for non-registered WHDload users.

Also if you could add the games from the 0.62 pack seperate. I would be grateful, because I'm on dial-up Internet and I don't think I'd download a worse version just for those.
