Tbh:  it crashes on my 3.40oe whilst the game directory is set to "1.50" mode

Yeah, Id say that the joystick button 2 requires another selectable option in the input screen.  How many people you reckon has used a cd32 and would think it does the same thing  ::)
- which brings me to something else, how about for the "quick key selection" screen (when you hit up the virtual keyboard to assign keys), theres 2 small versions of the competition pro so you can assign buttons for them too through this screen?

PS: then again, I did mention the kickstart crash before it was released, fol fixed it for his setup and it was then released very quickly as soon as the beta 5 was up for download.
There was a long time when I had no psp as I mentioned earlier cos I lent my psp to some kid and he robbed off with it for ages - honest reason for not testing in ages lol

Might have to conclude, that the 1.50 EBOOT is not fully compatable with OE / Custom Firmwares (or bugs in custom firmware. As the 1.00 eboot works perfect, and displays errors fine, bet if you had a pure 1.50 psp and use the 1.50 eboots it would work fine on that to.

Emu, i say again, A PURE 1.50. Using kernel 1.50 in Custom Firmware with pspuae 1.50 verion doesnt work. Use the pspuae folder in the GAME350 folder, bet it works fine, and gives you error messages.

yeah - I can read...  I'm just giving you details when it crashes for me... nothing more.  I'll throw it into the 340 directory and see how it fairs...

I was thinking about this lastnight (well alot) and i have another idea to try, ;). I was also thinking about sound and went back to 0.41 and added alot of the stuff i added to 0.63 and the speed is about the same as 0.62 but the sound is very good. So im going to look at the sound code from both, see if we can get 0.63 running with better sound.

Good luck Mr. Fol

I moved pspuae to the Game340 directory and tried changing the kickstarts, and now it displays the error messages.
- But why is it using the psp error messages instead of a message built into pspuae? I think if you can get it working with standard code it won't crash the psp when its in the game directory. -  I reckon! - and it'll look cooler ;)

Because i didnt add those messages, ;). Myself and GnoStiC are looking at something else at the moment, so I will come back to it.
