Its all in the readme, located on main page, at top, in the centre, or CLICK HERE

In PSPUAE, goto select, then PSP options, then controls, setup your buttons.

EDIT:- If your still having trouble, tell me what keys you want setup, and ill make you a config. Or send me a config file your using, and ill edit it for you.
