The diagonals has nothing to do with PSPUAE, its down to the bad way Sony designed the dpad.
As for the speed problems your mentioning, have you tried playing with the FS (frameskip) function to see if you can get any better results? Also, does it matter what speed the loading runs at?
Well, the other question is, is it running at 333MHz CPU speed. See this is bugging me now, I can see me buying a slim just to sort this out, cause im not getting no feedback on my test release and very annoying.
Skate is correct, I cant do diaganals on my UK release PSP. As for the other problems you have mentioned, its getting annoying now, as we have been over this time and time again. Try older version of PSPUAE and then you will see that it has been getting better and better.
You mean US PSP after you've converted to 3.71 with 1.50 Homebrew aka 3.71M33, which is run by US E-Boot's, by the way.
Of course it doesn't run at the top 333 CPU speed yet because of all the gameplay moving speed problems and the popping sound, and of course the theme music going at different speeds whilst it is loading.
This is based on 0.63 Final though and not the 0.64 Beta which I think that you're refering to, which I can't see for public download, so I can't help you out for Phat Capability for that, sorry.
If you really need the help, why don't you open an hidden Public Beta's forum for the signed up members only, along with seperate bug reports forums for both the Phat & Slim PSP's, so that users for Phat or Slim PSP's could report bugs for fixing, starting from the next beta version?
Ermmm, now im lost. I definately mean UK as in United Kingdom as I doubt shops would get away with selling US version PSP on Europe release date.
You also misunderstood, currently PSPUAE clocks the PSP CPU to 333MHz, but with 3.71 the kernel is different and you have to set CPU to 333Mhz differnetly. What I ment is, is it running at 333Mhz, as the 3.71 test is using the old way to set speed.
I done some testing last night, and the slim crashes the same as phat, so that tells me i can test it on my phat workout bugs then do another test beta, when its ready. I need to sort memory allocation out, as it boots and works fine, but runs out of mem and crashes when loading adf's or states.
As for a hidden public forum, this is something that would need to be discussed with site staff, but I think it will cause more problems than good.
