We have just launched a new project on classicamiga.

The classicamiga Top 100 Amiga games of all time.

The aim is for this project to be completely community based, allowing all classicamiga members to nominate their own list of games for inclusion within this Top 100.

This is being carried out over a number of stages.

Stage One:  Each member will is able to nominate a list of their favourite Amiga games that they would like to see in the top 100. 

Stage Two:  Once we have received enough nominated games lists we will merge these into a final list of games nominations.  Members will then be given the chance to discuss and reduce this list to a manageable size.  A poll will then be created allowing each member to vote for 100 games out of the complete list of nominated games.

Stage 3:  Once that is complete we should have our final 100 games.  We then just need to get them into the correct order from 100 to 1.   To do this a final poll will be creating allowing each member to vote for the order they wish for the final 100 games. 

Final Stage:  After the final voting is finished we will have created the classicamiga Top 100 Amiga games list.

This final list will then be turned into an extensive article on classicamiga and all members who took part will be given mention/credit.

I therefore invite you all to come on over to classicamiga and let us know your favourite Amiga games by nominating your list of favourite Amiga games (up to 100 games each).

Visit the Top 100 Amiga Games of all time! section of the classicamiga forum to post your list of games.  Please read the "Please read this first" thread before posting your nominations.

I hope you will all have time to visit and contribute to this project.

Don't forget to post your list of top 100 games.  I will be closing the initial stage some time in March and beginning the second stage to start reducing the number of games in the final top 100.  So not long left to cast your initial nominations.

And that goes for everyone else to.  The most members we get nominating games for our top 100, the better the final top 100 will be.  So please feel free to drop in and post your own favourite games to add to the list.

...  hasnt this been done before?  I remember doing my top 15 or something... then it made a big list of 100 from everyones votes
