Surely not. Most CD32 games were just the disk version put on a CD. While some had additional CD music and/or intro, the majority of them is exactly the same as the disk version. The very few titles that really used the CD32's capabilities are Flink, Labyrinth Of Time and Pirates Gold. Maybe add Beneath a Steel Sky to the list, just because you don't have to switch disks.
Other than that the limited memory would allow to use the CD tracks anyway, but for me that's not a big loss (Speedball 2 CD32 has a horrible soundtrack!). Also if you have a CD32 emulator, you surely have a 'normal' Amiga emulator anyway.

Perhaps max-rocking levels could be radically increased with creation of 30ft tall motion controlled guitar thrashing robot simulacrum.

Result: We rocked the f*ck out.

CD32 Speedball 2 also features vomit-inducing colours!!

CD32 adaptability for PSPUAE;
Pros:
- The pad layout is the same as the PSP

Cons:
- To be "genuine CD32" you will require AGA support - Although in it's beta phase, this is a slow-down for PSPUAE running speed.
- CD32 features an extended rom file, eating more precious memory!
- It would be necessary to add some kind of mp3/wav playback routine for CDDA (music) tracks. Again, more CPU used that could be busy doing emulating, and a lot of coding to add.

I have always, and will always, maintain that an "advanced" A600 setup was the optimum machine for PSPUAE to emulate. Easy access to HD games (so, fast loading etc a requirement of portable gaming) with the minimum amount of overheads to slow the emulator down.

if psp can run ps 1 games as good as ps 1 then cd 32 emulation is posibble

ultimate body blows was only on cd 32
diggers on cd 32 hadf complete the book of zarg
marvin marvelous adventure  was only on cd 32

if emulator is concetrated on one machine it will be easier to made and faster in work

Comparing sonys own personal emulator to a homebrew emulator is not fair imho, they are completely different machines. Plus, a fair few of the games that the PS1 emulator emulates, had to have unique code put in place, that is not viable for PSPUAE.

The Amiga has all sorts of extras that the PS1 does not and it does nearly everything in a completely different way. It is not a console designed to run only games, it is a computer, designed to do almost anything. Although the PSP may be powerful enough to emulate almost any amiga, we don't have a team of developers and a wealth of information at our disposable. We currently have one developer.

As pointed out, a PS1 is not an AMIGA. An AMIGA has a lot of custom chips, which is what makes it great.

Now we have to emulate all these chips to make it run correctly. A PS1 Emu doesnt, as its not like an AMIGA.
Any one remember connectix, it was the fastest PS1 emulator with little overhead.
Hell I had full speed PS1 games on my 500MHz AMD-K6. However I could not run WinUAE full speed.

I think you can see the point we are trying to make, a PSP has a 333MHz CPU, not a 1GHz. So we do the best we can.
Someone said to me today, why not concentrate on a single system emu. Simple fact is I have already prooven it doesnt matter, look at PSP UAE4ALL. Thats a striped emu made to run only an A500 config and still PSPUAE Fame C runs faster than it. Only the sound is better on it.

Again as pointed out, I try to help in my spare time because I love the AMIGA. I am not paid by sony or have a massive team behind me, its now only me on my own struggling to update an emu that people still bitch about.

Anyway, with AGA support alot of CD32 games will run on PSPUAE with alittle RAM: loading.
Just to show how usable it is, take a look ----->HERE<------

As FOL already pointed out, that's simply not true. Even if you leave out OCS/ECS emulation, the rest will be (almost) the same anyway. Seriously, do you think that the 6 games now mentioned in this thread are that important, that you would redesign PSPUAE (which would be quite pointless anyway) ? Don't really get your point.

as has been pointed out, it is not about raw CPU clock speed. The Amiga has Custom Chips (Paula, Angus etc) to deal with, which are very difficult to emulate. the CD32 is not just the 14mhz 68020 processor.

Throw on top of that the fact (as FOL has stated) that the PS1 emulator made by Sony is able to draw on all the knowledge of The Sony Corporation, with regards to PS1 Specs, workings etc.

If you are able to provide all that level of information on the Amiga workings, i'm sure there are thousands of Amiga-Emulator users, and developers who would be very happy.
