Good Setings

so i was wondering what setings you would recomend for less lag i allready turned off sound and raised fps to about 2 what other setings would you recomend btw that did help a little and if it gets real laggy i kick it up a notch to 3 fps but what do yall use  :)

for swos i turned of the auto framerate and put it to 3 that seemed to make it a little less jumpy.

errr guys..... that's what the "compatibility database" on the front page is for.... so you can look up what settings people have used.  ::)
