Hello ! Yesterday, I have just finished bloodwych !! I'm very proud that I was able to kill Zendick. But now, I will be missing playing the game. So I tried the extended levels but it seems that my adf file is corrupted ! I have a band of 3 Blodwyn and some icons are missing. I met a dragon that kill me.
Where can I find a good adf file of the extended levels to go on playing ? The link above doesn't work. Thanks.

hello hyrekia!

I am so pleased to see Bloodwych getting so much love in 2014 :)

I have fixed all of the above links, so the Extended Levels in now on there as an ADF.

If you find it still does not work, please get in touch again, and send me your original game save-disk - i will  be happy to help you get it running on theExtended Levels also.  (it is more likely a problem with the save-disk ADF than the extended levels ADFs....  how have you been saving the same so far?)

I hope you will stay around on the site and see the new levels for Bloodwych whichi am working on for the future... Book of Skulls :)   hopefully available on Amiga and HTML versions soon :D

Hello Horace !
I wasn't expecting an answer as quick ! Wow ! I fell in love with the game in 1990 when I was a kid. We were playing it for hours with my little bro. We just wen to the tower of the moon. The beholder were too hard for me. My band consisted of all the girls + Ulrick.
Just like Dungeon Master (that I never loved that much) I was waiting for someone to remake the game for ipad !
Instead I found a way to play it on my mac book pro. Which is cool too !
It took me more than 1 year to finish the game.

The website is full of informations and fantastic for any Bloodwych fan. I will look for the bloodwych editor and book of skulls. The Bloodwych in HTML is promising too !

Thanks, I have just downloaded the ADF for the extended levels. I'm using FSUAE (on Mac) to emulate an Amiga 500. It when really fine for the whole bloodwych game. I made some save states for each tower and the last, just after I killed Zendik. I will try it and let you know if it works ! :)

Fantastic ! Horace, it works ! I have my whole band (Ulrick, Blodwyn, Murlock and Megrim) like the last time I saw them. The only thing is...they have no equipment. But I know, it's normal.
Thanks a lot for the file and for your help ! I'm going back to gaming.

Hi,

I'm using FS-UAE on Windows 10 and downloaded the file under Bloodwych & Extended Levels WHD Install, and it works fine, however how do I get to the Extended Levels? I don't get any option during launch and it just loads normal Bloodwych.

Hope you can help out a FS-UAE newbie, I would really love to play through the Extended levels with my brother.  :)

Hi

I assume the data pack you have has a .slave file for the extended levels? Something like BloodwychExt.slave?

Have a look at the attached screenshot of FS-UAE Launcher. You should be able to change the WHDLoad options to match the extended levels slave file, save as a new 'setup' and then just launch FS-UAE

Let us know how you get on :)

Hi, and thank you for the help. Sadly I'm unable to get it to work.

I looked in the .lha-archive and the file is named ExtendedLevels.Slave, so I changed the WHDload-arguments from Bloodwych.slave PRELOAD to ExtendedLevels.slave PRELOAD. I get an error saying "Did not find the specified WHDLoad slave...."

Any ideas?

Hmm. Normally i would say to check that it isnt case-sensitive (.Slave not .slave) , but on Windows, this is unlikely.

I will have to take a look this with FSUAE myself to work it out

Hi again, Horace.

Just wondering if you have had the opportunity to look at this issue yet.   :)
