Downloads give 0 byte files?
« on: June 03, 2010, 01:13:52 PM »

Hi, sorry for being thick, but I can't download any version of PSPUAE from this site - I get 0 byte downloads.

Tried with firefox and safari on mac, and IE8 on windows.  All no go :(

Any clues?

It appears, someone has deleted the entire contents of my downloads section, :(.
I really dont need this now, I seriously dont know how much more I can take.

Did'nt get chance to back it up, :(.

If this is related to the FTP abuse, then Im seriously going to go nuts.

FOL - please dont give up.

I feel responsible if what we think is the cause is - i will give up my admin position over it rather than see you give up. I made a big error of judgement.

surely they cant delete those files that were linked, and copyright free?

you still have the PSPUAE sources? we can get the binaries from other sites, and there is a lot of stuff still in the betas folder (and maybe attached to posts?)  i will still have tonnes of stuff for RISS, maybe even a load of backups, but they are not so important anyway. Everything else we can sort somehow.

I dont blame you, just annoys me that everyone got taken in. Well the person is banned, and will never be able to access this site again.
I am that annoyed, I have never ever felt this way before, :(.

Im currently atempting to get yesterdays backup. If I cant then thats its, alot of stuff I cant get back, :(.
EDIT:-Apparently im told it never existed, lol. Its not in the backup archive. So he passed it to the relavent support department.

WTH?!  >:(
Sad to read that. :(

I hope you still have the PSPUAE 0.72 source code* at home. Could you please upload it at EAB's Zone or to the EAB FileServer?

* Or any PSPUAE-source where your autozoom-feature was implemented?

Hi,

Long standing Amiga fanboy here - just borrowed a PSP off a friend so thought I'd try this out.

Anyway, I'm getting 0 byte downloads as well. Tried FF 3, IE 8 and Opera 10. Using Win7 64 bit.

Weirdly, I can only access the page when not logged in. When I am logged in, I get

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for checking it out (and of course thanks for developing it!)

However, whilst I can now get on the DL page when logged in, I'm still getting the 0 byte size file.

I'm currently downloading the v0.8 version from PSP Hacks anyway - will have a play with it and give feedback on it.

Cheers!
