A message to FOL.
« on: June 10, 2010, 07:56:15 AM »

FOL, I tried to send you a private message but apparently you have that feature disabled on this forum. I wasn't even able to view your profile. So I will just put this here and hope you see it.

I have taken the liberty of using your ReadMe file that you have stickied in this forum and reposting it on PSP-Hacks. I have added a few screenshots to help explain it better and I have changed the wording around a little. I linked back to the original readme just in case people want to see that.

I'm not trying to be sneaky and steal your work. I just put it on another website so it would be archived elsewhere if, for some reason, this site goes down. It also reaches more people out there than it would here. If you have a problem with me doing this, please just let me know and I'll remove it.

You might have to send me an email notification though because I will probably forget my password for your website since I was forced to use a capital letter instead of my normal password.

Hi,

Thats fine, thanks for linking back to us, and posting to say what your trying to do.

I have gone abit nuts on security as some members were getting spam, quoting the new domain. So I have disabled all profile info to new members and I have completely disabled show emails to everyone bar admin.

Can you edit, delete your own posts now?

Also, you need to edit your guide, its showing the old server url. New url = http://www.ultimateamiga.co.uk (Its a combination of a few amiga sites roled into one). All the old domain urls (i.e. pspuae.com and all domains on that will still work) like condor.serverpro3.com will soon no longer ok.

Once, I finish moving all sites to new server, Ill then creact some new domains, off the new ultimateamiga.co.uk name. So pspuae will be accessible from alot of domains. Ill try and add pspuae.ultimateamiga.co.uk to the pool soon.

Yes I can delete and modify my own posts now. Thanks.

I'll add the new URLs as soon as I can. I've also posted an exact copy of that tutorial or readme file on a few others sites. Muppet Modding and maybe Console Addicted. Would you like to see the links to those as well (it's just a copy & paste from PSP-Hacks)?
