DPaint 3 causing horisontial and vertical lines
« on: September 14, 2007, 07:52:00 AM »

Hi, when I use DP 3 on my A1200, it draws horisontial and vertical lines on the screen when I move the mouse. It actually drawes them as if I'd actually painted the lines. However I don't get this problem with DP4. Does anyone know why??? thanks, The reason I'm using PD3 is so that when I bring into AMOS, I know I'm not using colours that don't exist in non AGA (i.e. AMOS)

Hardware is A1200, Blizzard 030, 50Mhz

Please let me know, thanks, Rick (UK)

why not boot dpaint 5 with the AGA chipset turned off?

you can probably do this from workbench somehow, (TUDE or semothing) or you can hold left-right mouse on bootup and change the chipset down to ECS.

i havent use DP3 since DP4 came out, so i cant answere the question any better than that im afraid.
