Right, sorry guys.

After a PHP5 upgrade went wrong on server (which they didnt even notice).

I helped them solve the problem, now I think we have a problem with file ownership, which causes problems when downloading through PHP (using a direct link, works fine).

Ill keep you updated.

Right this problem is not ownership related.

Its deffo PHP related on the server side. Spent an hour talking to server support, they are currently looking into problem.

For now, if you can post direct links to the files in downloads section. Atleast you will get files then that dont actually = 0kb.
