please tell me where my answer was wrong?

you said you didnt want to use JUP, JDOWN etc and that you preferred binary notation.

I pointed out that =Joy(x) allows you to do this, and gave you a list of the bit numbers that would be used.

you clearly didnt understand the answer I gave you,and tried to claim (once again with some rudeness) that my answer was somehow wrong and/or useless to you.

I quoted the AMOS manual because it is technically correct.

you cant have it both ways Overclocked. you would have been the first to correct anyone else if they had reacted like you did with such an inaccuracy. Try and see the funny side for once.

You seem incapable of coming to your own conclusions through experience rather than the work of other individuals.

please tell me how that was not an answer to your problem? If you dont want / like the help you're being given, dont ask for it. What I gave was factually accurate, you just didnt understnd it, even though you claim to have "higher knowledge" than everyone else on this forum.

I do not claim to have higher experience and i resent the acusation.

hmmm...

Its like a bloody convention in this forum.

Any way i want some stars and a higher grade on my account seeing as i know so much.

you should remove those stars and demote yourself to Easy AMOS Beta V0.0.5

I think secretly you agree with me but because you hate my guts you wont admit it.

..... and i reckon none of you have the talent to match this game using an AMIGA which is massively overpowered compared to the classic C64 version which was obviously written in Assembler.

it's statements like the above why i say it. It's not just one comments either. Sorry if you resent it, but it's said with reason. Just try to calm down and not react with such condescension  all the time and people may be more willing to help.

not just give a lame link to some random page of the AMOS Manual.

They are neither random, nor lame imho. They point to something relvant to the topic in question, and they will often give an in-depth answer and examples of usage. I certainly dont find that lame.

Another reason to quote the AMOS manual is to try and make you see that often the answer you seek will be in there anyway. It's such guides that the rest of us use.
