The Projects of Lonewolf10
« on: August 01, 2009, 04:00:31 AM »

Hi all,

asymetrix, thanks for finding it. It has saved me from searching through all my Amiga floppy disks :)

skate, thanks for the update file and awesome video. I can't wait to get started with TOME. I just have to get some of my other projects done first.

Regards,
Lonewolf10

He's working on the Extension List for one thing.  Also, a list of all of the extension commands in a text file somewhere.

What are you working on?

   Current Projects
   ============

Archiving Y! AMOS-list messages (currently 55% complete) and uploading to Aminet
AMOS Database
AMOS Extension (my own ;) )
AMOS Extension Command List
DataR (aka MMR - Mouse Movement Recorder)
Amga Coding - AMOS games page/s (helping a mate with his site)

   Future Projects
   ===========

Amiga Mouse Pointer <-> Windows Mouse Pointer
AMOS CD (all-new!)
Dymo Thermal Label Printer software for (classic) Amiga's
Simple Art 200x (new & improved!)

Essentially, I have loads of projects on the go. I have been wayleighed (sp?) by a dodgy stomach lately and DVDs (recent issues of Famitsu Wave and Prison Break season 1). Work has been a right pain too, but I honestly hope to get back into some of my current projects over the weekend. That is why I have only been on here once every week or so lately.

That is a lot of projects, good luck with them all.  :)

Season 1 of Prison Break is pretty good, I didn't like season 2 much, so I stopped watching.  :P

I finished my first all assembler demo ("All Square" by Digital Dalmatian) which is available on Aminet and my website (here. The .lha file contains an ADF of the demo, which should be run from bootup on an Amiga 600 (preferably with Workbench 2.05).

Currently finishing off a program called Audio Beast which can be used to load in and edit raw sound samples. It also supports 4 channel sample playback, so you can play the sample back at different frequencies on each channel!!

I will go back to some of my paused projects shortly :)

@Lonewolf10
Will the AMOS Database project be an online or offline system, or both.

I've actually got the AMOS Database listed as a project I want to do. However when I get to that stage in my project list I'll let you know. We can then see if I can contribute to your project rather than duplicating the work.

The AMOS Database was going to be an offline set of disks, but Spellcoder saw my idea and decided to do an online version in collaboration with myself. The result is www.AmigaCoding.com, though I haven't added much recently - I have plenty to add, but other projects have gotten in the way :(
Given the size of the website and amount of AMOS software out there, I don't think it could be done on a set of disks (without the number of disks being stupidly large).

You are welcome to join us with the website. There are currently 3 main contributors - myself, Spellcoder and SamuraiCrow.

Cheers, as I said once I get to that stage I'll see what I can offer as a contributor. A conversation for further down the road. ;)
