I'll reupload it.

--edit--
I can't reupload the manual since it is a 73 MiB ZIP file.  The limit on the upload page says 800000 KB for me.  Is that right?

After doing some tinkering with the Preview program on my Mac I was able to compress it to less than 3 MiB.

Sam, do you have access to ftp on new server?
If not, pm me a user name and pass. Ill set it up.

Both you and Side can use it then.

It should be up-and-running now.  The JPEGs need to be sharpened though in GIMP before I can say the manual is perfect but that's ok.

I saw that option but didn't want to take the time to figure it out.  Thanks anyway.

Ok.  Now I feel foolish.  Just as I got here I see that Asymmetrix finished his OCR version of the manual.  Now I've uploaded both the HTML and PDF of his edition to the downloads section.
